From Ice Cream Enthusiast to Entrepreneur
In the heart of the Midlands, my journey to entrepreneurship began with a simple pleasure: ice cream. Watching my daughters revel in the joy of tasting and playing with ice cream machines from our friend’s family business sparked an idea within me. I wanted to bring this happiness to others in Birmingham in my unique style.
Setting up my own ice cream van business, I focused on infusing classic whippy flavors with unique Asian twists. Seeing customers' smiles light up with each scoop, I knew I had found my true passion. Through ice cream, I was able to spread joy and foster a sense of community, whether it was to treat our local school, our local hospital, or local businesses. No other venture could bring instant smiles than the sight of our ice cream van turning up to treat..enjoy!
